2. Mission

To develop leadership skills, qualities, attitude and an urge to lead within the youth of 18 to 35 years of age
To organize training programs and develop an education system for augmenting leadership qualities and skills
To Setup ‘Identifying to Performing Leadership’ process in the administrative, social and organisational sectors

800+ youth participated in 4 batches from 26 districts of Maharashtra as well as from MP and North East are participating in various courses 

Four Pillars of Program – Theory Sessions and Discussions, Skills Development, Interactions with Leaders, Opportunities to Lead
