ज्ञान प्रबोधिनी स्पर्धा परीक्षा केंद्राच्या त्रिदशकपूर्ती निमित्त आपण आपले अधिकारी आणि इतर क्षेत्रात उत्तम काम करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांचे Good Practices Document तयार करत आहोत.
प्रशासन म्हटलं की आपल्या समोर सर्वात पाहिलं काय येत असेल तर अशा सेवा आणि अशी नावं जी थेट आपल्याशी म्हणजे नागरिकांशी संपर्कात येतात. पण त्याही पलीकडे पडद्याआड राहून एक मोठी रचना अविरत काम करत असते. अशी रचना जी कधीच लोकांच्या संपर्कात येत नाही पण लोकांच्या सेवेत आणि प्रशासनाचा हा महाकाय रथ पुढे नेण्यात खूप मोलाचा वाटा निभावते. यातील एक विभाग म्हणजे महाराष्ट्र वित्त व लेखा विभाग. आणि आपली पुढची विद्यार्थिनी ही याच विभागातील अतिशय उत्तम करणारी सौ. दीपा सडेकर देशपांडे.
सौ दीपा सडेकर यांची १९९९ मध्ये वयाच्या २१ व्या वर्षी महाराष्ट्र राज्य वित्त व लेखा सेवेत पहिल्याच प्रयत्नात निवड झाली. तिथून सुरु झालेला हा सेवार्थ प्रवास आज २५ वर्ष अखंड सुरु आहे. या २५ वर्षात त्यांनी महाराष्ट्राच्या अनेक विभागात, अनेक भागात आणि अनेक क्षेत्रात मोलाचे काम केले आहे. इतकेच नाही तर बदलत्या काळानुसार आणि तंत्रज्ञानानुसार आपल्या कार्यक्षेत्रात त्यांनी आणि इतर सहकार्यांनी धोरणात्मक आणि रचनात्मक बदल घडवून राज्याची आर्थिक स्थिती कार्यक्षम करून त्यात अनेक सुधारणा केलेल्या आहेत ज्याची दखल केंद्र सरकारने आणि खुद्द RBI ने सुद्धा घेतली आहे. या सगळ्यात सौ. दीपा सडेकरांनी आपल्या कामातून, कामातील नाविण्यातून आणि विकसनातून आपला एक वेगळा ठसा उमटवलेला आहे.
त्यांचे अनुभव, कार्य, बजावलेल्या महत्वाच्या जबाबदाऱ्या आपण सर्वानी जरूर वाचावे, अनुभवावे असे आवाहन आणि शुभेच्छा!

On the occasion of the Tridashakpurti of Jnana Prabodhini Competitive Examination Center, we are preparing a Good Practices Document of our officers and students who have done excellent work in other fields.
When we speak of administration, the first things that come to mind are those services and individuals who remain directly in touch with citizens. But beyond that, there exists a vast structure that works tirelessly behind the scenes—one that rarely comes in direct contact with people, yet plays a crucial role in serving them and in driving forward the massive machinery of governance. One such department is the Maharashtra Finance and Accounts Department. And the student we proudly present next is Mrs. Deepa Sadekar Deshpande, who has been doing outstanding work in this very department.
Mrs. Deepa Sadekar was selected for the Maharashtra Finance and Accounts Service in 1999 at the young age of 21, and that too in her very first attempt. The journey she began then has continued uninterrupted for the last 25 years. During these 25 years, she has made significant contributions across various departments, regions, and domains within Maharashtra. Not only this, but she, along with her colleagues, has brought about strategic and structural reforms in line with changing times and technology—enhancing the state’s financial system and introducing several improvements that have been acknowledged even by the Central Government and the Reserve Bank of India. Through her work, innovation, and progressive approach, Mrs. Deepa Sadekar has made a distinct mark in her field.
