नमस्कार,
ज्ञान प्रबोधिनी स्पर्धा परीक्षा केंद्राच्या त्रिदशकपूर्ती निमित्ताने विविध क्षेत्रांत उल्लेखनीय कार्य करणाऱ्या आपल्या माजी विद्यार्थ्यांचे Good Practices Document तयार करत आहोत.
भारत हा लोकशाही आणि राज्यघटनेवर आधारित चालणारा देश आहे जिथे सरकार, संसद, विधानसभा बदलत्या काळानुसार आणि गरजांनुसार नवीन धोरण आखत असतात, नवीन कायदे अमलात आणत असतात. पण हे कायदे, तरतुदी आणण्यासाठी प्रशासनातील कक्ष अधिकारी आणि तत्सम एक मोठी रचना, योजना आखत असते, त्यातले बारकावे समजून घेत असते, त्याने विविध लोकांना, गटांवर काय परिणाम होईल याचा अभ्यास करत असते. त्यातूनच उत्तम कायदा आणि योजना तयार होत असतात. पण पडद्यामागे काम करणाऱ्या या रचनेबद्दल आपल्याला खूप कमी माहिती माहिती असते.
आपल्या या लेख मालिकेतील पुढील लेख हा एकायाच रचनेमधील विद्यार्थ्याच्या प्रवासावर आधारित आहे. ते विद्यार्थी म्हणजे सध्या नगर विकास विभागात उप सचिव म्हणून कार्यरत असणारे श्री. अनिरुद्ध जेवळीकर.
श्री. अनिरुद्ध यांनी आपल्या व्यावसायिक प्रवासाची सुरुवातMerchant Navy मधून केली. पुढे जाऊन जेव्हा काही कारणाने हा प्रवास थांबवावा लागला तेव्हा त्यांनी स्पर्धा परीक्षेची तयारी सुरु केली. त्यासाठी१९९७ मध्ये ज्ञान प्रबोधिनीमध्ये प्रवेश केला आणि१९९९ च्या MPSC परीक्षेतून कक्ष अधिकारी (Section Officer) म्हणून त्यांची निवड झाली.
आज त्यांच्या सेवेच्या २५+ वर्षाचा कार्यकाळात त्यांनी भूमी अभिलेख विभाग, आरोग्य विभाग, गृह विभग अशा अनेक विभागात उत्तम काम केले आहे. अनेक महत्वाच्या जबाबदाऱ्या स्वीकारल्या आणि पेलल्या आहेत.
त्यांचा हा प्रवास, आणि कार्य आपण सर्वांनी नक्की वाचावे असे आवाहन आणि शुभेच्छा!!

On the occasion of the completion of Three decades (Tridashakpurti) of the Jnana Prabodhini Competitive Examination Centre, we are preparing a Good Practices Document highlighting our officers and students who are doing exemplary work in various fields.
India is a democracy governed by itsConstitution, where the government, Parliament, and State Legislatures continuously frame new policies and laws based on changing needs and times. However, behind these laws and provisions, there is alarge administrative structure—especially Section Officers and similar roles—that carefully designs policies, studies details, and assesses their impact on different groups. This process ultimately leads toeffective laws and schemes. Yet, we know very little about this behind-the-scenes work.
The next article in this series focuses on the journey of an alumnus from this very administrative system—Shri. Aniruddha Jewalikar, currently serving as Deputy Secretary in the Urban Development Department, Govt of Maharashtra.
Mr. Aniruddha began his professional career in theMerchant Navy. Due to certain reasons, he later had to leave this path and started preparing for competitive exams. He joined Jnana Prabodhini in 1997 and was selected as a Section Officer through the MPSC examination in 1999.
Over his 25+ years of service, he has worked in departments such as Land Records, Health, and Home, handling several important responsibilities with dedication.
