नमस्कार,
ज्ञान प्रबोधिनी स्पर्धा परीक्षा केंद्राच्या त्रिदशकपूर्ती निमित्त आपण आपले अधिकारी आणि इतर क्षेत्रात उत्तम काम करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांचे Good Practices Document तयार करत आहोत.
प्रशासकीय सेवेत जाण्यासाठीची तयारी म्हणजे फक्त अभ्यास आणि बुद्धिमतेची परीक्षा नाही. या परीक्षेत त्या व्यतिरिक्त प्रत्येक विद्यार्थ्याचे अनेक पैलू, क्षमता पणाला लागतात आणि तपासले जातात. जसे की जिद्द, चिकाटी, संयम, प्रसंगावधान, इ. आणि जो कोणी या क्षमता प्राप्त करतो त्याच्या कामात, व्यक्तिमत्वात वेगळेपण जाणवून येते.
या मालिकेतील पुढील लेख एका अशा विद्यार्थिनीचा आहे, ज्यांचा प्रवासातून वरील सर्व क्षमता आणि पैलू यांचे ठळक दर्शन होते. आपल्या या विद्यार्थिनी म्हणजे २०१० मधील केंद्रीय लोकसेवा आयोगातून केंद्रीय उत्पादन शुल्क (Customs & IT) मध्ये निवड झालेल्या सौ. राजलक्ष्मी कदम.
सौ. राजलक्ष्मी यांचा प्रवास हा अतिशय समृद्ध आणि विविधतेने भरलेला आहे. सुरवातीला शिक्षक, मग पत्रकार, मग विक्रीकर निरीक्षक म्हणून निवड. पुढे जाऊन राज्य प्रशासकीय सेवेतून उप-मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी म्हणून निवड आणि मग UPSC मध्ये आलेले यश. या विविधांगी प्रवासातून सौ. राजलक्ष्मी यांना एक चौकस दृष्टिकोन मिळाला ज्यातून आज त्या एक हुशार, तडफदार, कुशल आणि तितक्याच सर्जनशील आणि करुणा असलेल्या अधिकारी म्हणून प्रचलित आहेत.
