नमस्कार,
ज्ञान प्रबोधिनी स्पर्धा परीक्षा केंद्राच्या त्रिदशकपूर्ती निमित्त आपण आपले अधिकारी आणि इतर क्षेत्रात उत्तम काम करणाऱ्या विद्यार्थ्यांचे Good Practices Document तयार करत आहोत.
या मालिकेतील पुढील लेख सध्या कोल्हापूरच्या अतिरिक्त जिल्हाधिकारी असलेल्या आणि सारथीच्या व्यवस्थापकीय संचालिका असलेल्या सौ. किरण मुसळे कुलकर्णी यांच्या प्रवासावर आधारित आहे.
सौ. किरण या अशा सामाजिक पार्श्वभूमीतून येतात जिथे आजही शिक्षणाची उणीव आहे. जिथे आजही अनेकांना आर्थिक – सामाजिक संकटांना सामोरे जावे लागते.
सौ. किरण यांच्या प्रवासात देखील या अडचणींचा अडथळा होता. पण आईचे संस्कार, पाठबळ आणि स्वतःची जिद्द या आधारे त्यांनी त्या संकटांवर फक्त मातच केली नाही तर इतरांसाठी उदाहरण प्रस्थापित केले. आणि आज त्या एक उत्तम, कुशल आणि समाजाभिमुख प्रशासक म्हणून कार्यरत आहेत.
महाराष्ट्रातील अनेक दुर्गम भागात, दुर्गम गटासाठी त्यांनी मूलभूत काम आजपर्यंत केले आहे. मग ते शासकीय सेवांपासून उपेक्षित असणाऱ्यांना सेवा पुरवणे असो किंवा आदिवासींच्या हक्काचे प्रश्न असो, किरण यांनी तात्काळ कार्यवाही करून नागरिकांची त्रासातून सुटका केली आहे.
अनेकदा जिथे काही भागात पूर्ण सुरक्षा व्यवस्था सोबत घेऊन जायला सुद्धा विचार करावा लागतो, अशा भागात सौ. किरण यांनी अगदी सहज आणि कोणत्याही सुरक्षेशिवाय लोकांच्या आग्रहास्तव दौरे केले आहेत. हा त्या नागरिकांचा सौ. किरण यांचाबद्दल असलेला आदर, आपुलकी आणि सौ.किरण यांचा लोकांवर असलेल्या विश्वासाचे एक उत्तम उदाहरण आहे.
अशा कार्यकर्त्या अधिकाऱ्याचे अनुभव, कार्य, आणि त्यांनी बजावलेल्या महत्वाच्या जबाबदाऱ्या आपण सर्वानी जरूर वाचावे, अनुभवावे असे आवाहन आणि शुभेच्छा!

On the occasion of the completion of three decades (Tridashakpurti) of the Jnana Prabodhini Competitive Examination Centre, we are preparing a Good Practices Document highlighting our officers and students who are doing exemplary work in various fields.
The next article in this series is based on the journey of Mrs. Kiran Musale Kulkarni, who is currently serving as the Additional District Collector, Kolhapur, and also as the Managing Director of SARTHI.
Mrs. Kiran comes from a social background where even today there is a lack of access to education, and where many people continue to face economic and social hardships. Her own journey was not free from such challenges. However, with the values instilled by her mother, strong support, and her own determination, she not only overcame these crises but also set an example for others. Today, she is serving as a competent, efficient, and a compassionate administrator.
In her tenures, across several remote regions of Maharashtra, she has undertaken fundamental work for marginalized and tribal communities. Whether it is delivering services to those deprived of government facilities or addressing issues related to tribal rights, Kiran has taken prompt action to relieve citizens from their difficulties.
Beyond that, there are areas where even visiting with full security arrangements requires careful consideration. Yet, Mrs. Kiran has visited such places with ease, and often without any security, responding to the requests of the people. This stands as a strong example of the respect and affection the citizens have for her, as well as the trust she places in the people.
