LEADERSHIP SKILLS DEVELOPMENT

One of the major aims of Jnana Prabodhini is to develop personalities of high character, strong national attitude, and who will accept the responsibility of leadership by responding to the challenges in their respective fields. Leadership skills development has always been considered to be of prime importance for Prabodhini. Being inspired to do something worthwhile in their lives, to develop the ability to change according to the circumstances and skill development for innovation and excellence which every job requires are essential.Each person who has the ability of leadership should be able to accept other leaders and be able to cooperate in a group is also an important aspect of Jnana Prabodhini’s leadership development thinking. Many different techniques are being used at Prabodhini to make this possible. Goal determination, Human creation, conceptual preparation, planning, balance & control are some of the management skills are taught here, practice of management through games, study tours, public relations, collecting modern and perfect practical information, oratory & conversation skill are some of the examples. Independent informal training programs for various age groups by different departments and formal programs by Leadership Development Centre and Competitive Examination Centre are conducted.
